I'm the Distribution Services Administrator at Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, where I oversee the logistics and systems that move food from donors to the people who need it. My job is to find where things break — and then figure out exactly what's needed to fix them.

Sometimes the fix is a better process. Sometimes it's an SOP. Sometimes it's a dashboard that didn't exist yet. I'm currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt — because defining the problem right is most of the work. You'll also find personal projects here that have nothing to do with food banks.

I'm not a developer by training. I just got tired of waiting for one.
